2 giant baking potatoes

1/2-pound lean bacon

3/4 cup shredded gentle Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup bitter cream

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon dried chives

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon floor black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

3/4 cup shredded gentle Cheddar cheese

Instructions :

Step 1: Prepared the oven and preheat to 200 levels C or 400 levels F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

Step 3: Poke small holes on the potatoes. Use a toothpick or a fork.

Step 4: Bake the potatoes contained in the preheated oven for 1 hour or till gentle and tender.

Step 5: Take away the potatoes from the oven and allow them to sit at room temperature for quarter-hour to chill.

Step 6: Place a big skillet on the range and switch the warmth to medium-high.

Step 7: Add the bacon and cook dinner for 10 minutes or till greasy and brown.

Step 8: Place the cooked bacon on a clear plate lined with paper towels to empty the surplus grease. Crumble and put aside.

Step 9: Lower the potatoes into skinny slices. Gently spoon the flesh and place them on a clear mixing bowl.

Step 10: Add bitter cream, 3/4 Cheddar cheese, butter, milk, chives, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into the potatoes. Stir till nicely blended
